Jess is a part 2 architectural assistant currently working at GRAS in Edinburgh. Throughout her studies Jess has developed a particular interest in the relationship between community, identity, and space.

Ella is a fashion stylist and creative consultant based in Glasgow; Ella has worked for several large players in the fashion industry from British Vogue to runway. She's excited to bring her creative vision and love of dining and interesting spaces to Custom Lane.

Holly is a baker and chef from Argyll, now sharing her local fare with Edinburgh. Holly’s bakery, Solace, came from a passion for always getting the most out of her ingredients meaning she moves with the seasons, her locality and is always questioning the process to create delicious, playful food.

Harriet is an established chef based in the southside of Glasgow. She has spent the last eight years working around food wether it be staging at restaurants, hosting her own

'lazy Susan's' pizza pop ups, gaining experience in Italy and private cheffing in Europe. She is inspired by seasonality, quality produce, colour seasonality and fun playful food.
